To start a return, please contact us via our contact page at mistycreates.com/contact. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We only accept returns for damaged items. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We do accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for another piece, please contact us to discuss your options.
